**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a highly motivated Territory Manager to join the newly formed and highly energetic STERIS Australia direct team.

STERIS is a leading global manufacturer of products and services that support patient care with an emphasis on infection prevention.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within assigned territory
- Identify, build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including hospitals and day surgeries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to drive sales initiatives
- Keep up to date on industry and market trends, competitors and customer needs
- Report sales activity and performance to the National Sales Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree within the healthcare sector-desirable
- Must have excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Must be able to travel a minimum of 50%.
- 2 - 5 years of successful sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry, with a focus on endoscopy desirable
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
