Jivaro is on the hunt for a Sales Manager to join our client during a massive period of growth.
Working across a variety of Multimillion $ accounts this role will be pivotal in setting and delivering the Sales strategy for the department.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Achieve/exceed sales budgets & GM
- Develop close professional relationships with key clients/customers
- Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic sales plans to meet and exceed financial goals
- Working with the leadership team and cross functional stakeholders to develop enterprise acquisition and partnership strategies to support the overall business strategy
- Set the operational cadence and manage the team to goals, targets, timelines and budgets
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently
- Prepare sales budgets, monitor performance to date and amend sales forecasts as required
- Oversee DIFOT, backorders, despatch schedules
- Manage contractual KPIs/Reporting
- Evaluate your customer performance and be able to recommend a profitable action plan if required
- Work with a with multi functional team ( Marketing, logistics, Operations, Compliance and customer service) to develop plans to deliver profitable sales growth
**About you**:
- You have demonstrated Sales Management skills and have been in a similar role with proven experience driving a Sales team
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills and the ability to create and execute key sales strategies
- A strong track record of leading high-performing teams
- Proven ability, and a natural enthusiasm for driving sales and complex tender processes
- Available for travel
