This role will suit a passionate Human Resources Generalist who possesses a variety of HR experience, ideally from within an educational setting.

This brand-new role will work closely with a small team to provide day to day HR support to staff. You will be responsible for the recruitment and onboarding of all staff as well as provide relevant policy guidance and interpretation.

**The Role**:

- Manage and resolve employee relation concerns including conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (e.g., coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles
- Develop and implement policies, procedures and programs to support best practice
- Be familiar with and advise/interpret relevant awards, enterprise agreements, and industrial instruments
- Relevant industry experience working as a HR Business Partner or HR Generalist
- Thorough knowledge of up-to-date HR legislation and Enterprise Agreements
- Strong employee relations experience
- Ability to contribute effective, collaborative, dynamic and innovative ideas in areas of people and management
- High level interpersonal and people management skills
- Comfortable working from the office 5 days per week
