THE ROLE:
Revitalise Sleep Clinic is growing and expanding and requires an additional FRONT DESK SUPERSTAR to join our team and elevate our clinic to the next level The new team member will be performing reception duties as well as supporting our team in marketing/communications/social media. A background in Sleep Apnea will be prioritise as the role also involves supporting our members to participate in our programs.

Hands-on with attention to detail is a MUST and a true passion for healthy and holistic living.

Weekly hours: 15-20 hours per week (casual role to part time)

Job tasks and responsibilities

Assist the Consultaant to ensure the practice runs smoothly from a reception and admin day to day perspective.
Posses a strong and consistent patient focus with the ability to successfully convert enquiries to bookings, reactivate inactive patients and reinforce patient education, treatment plans and recommendations on behalf of the consultant, displaying cohesion and consistency with patients.
Process payments, schedule appointments, manage recall procedures, communicate with external referrers and third party payees are required
Create, Implement and manage all aspects in marketing communication and social media for Revitalise Sleep Clinic.
Consistently upholding and promoting the values and philosophies of the business, and displaying a sincere passion for all things wellness.
To be the primary support person for each consultant in the business, ensuring the timely and efficient flow of their day.
Coordinate, plan and execute workflow activities in an efficient, productive and customer focused manner.

Pay: From $21.64 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
