Marketing Manager - Strategy & Brand (Full-time, Campsie Head Office)

**Role Overview**:
As a Marketing Manager, you will own and drive our end-to-end marketing strategy and brand positioning. You’ll lead and manage offshore specialists, crafting multichannel campaigns across digital, social, influencer, content and traditional channels to accelerate growth and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**
- Develop and execute a unified marketing strategy aligned to business goals
- Establish and monitor KPIs, budgets and performance dashboards

**Brand & Creative Direction**
- Own brand identity, tone of voice and messaging across all touchpoints
- Lead creative campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences (NDIS participants, aged-care families, B2C consumers)

**Campaign & Channel Management**
- Leverage micro-influencers and strategic partnerships to amplify reach

**Team & Agency Oversight**
- Manage and mentor in-house marketers and offshore specialists (performance, content, design)
- Brief and coordinate external agencies to ensure on-brand, timely delivery

**Data-Driven Decision-Making**
- Analyse campaign performance, conduct A/B tests and refine tactics
- Report on ROI, LTV and key metrics to senior leadership

**Sector Compliance & Insight**
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with NDIS and healthcare regulations
- Keep abreast of industry trends to inform messaging and channel selection

**Key Skills & Experience**:

- 4+ years in marketing leadership roles, ideally within NDIS/aged-care, healthcare products or e-commerce
- Proven track record of developing and scaling multichannel campaigns that drive revenue and engagement
- Strong brand stewardship with experience in creative direction and influencer activations
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and grow both local and offshore teams
- Exceptional analytical skills; proficiency with Google Analytics, CRM High level & marketing automation (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business or related field); post-graduate qualifications advantageous
- Formal training or certification in digital marketing, brand management or data analytics a plus

**Remuneration & Benefits**:

- Base salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum
- Performance-based bonus structure
- Flexible working arrangements and professional development allowance
