Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our vibrant and friendly Head Office Team in Campsie. In this role, you will support our online lead generation and customer acquisition efforts, playing a crucial part in optimizing our existing channels and introducing new ones into our media mix.
- **Your Key Responsibilities will include to**:_
- Efficiently plan, schedule, and support writing social media content
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages to improve user experience across the website.
- Measure and report lead performance of digital campaigns and assess against business goals.
- Undertake monthly KPI reporting and tracking on marketing activities and projects.
- Assist with other general marketing duties as required by team.
- **What are we looking for?**_
- Proven experience and results in lead generation and/or e-commerce (minimum 2 years)
- Capacity to work on a diverse range of digital marketing activities
- Experience managing ad campaigns on at least one of the following channels: Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Native advertising
- Proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
