- Support our carer teams via supporting the admission and intake process
- Maximum Term Part-Time 12 months contract
- 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:30AM to 2:30 PM (negotiable)
- Must be able to speak fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin (3 languages)

**About your role**
As the Consumer Engagement Officer at the Australian Nursing Home Foundation (ANHF), you will collaborate closely with our Communications and Marketing Unit, support our nursing home admissions process and home care enquiry and intake process.
**Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:
- Address inquiries about nursing home and home care services enquiries and admissions promptly and professionally
- Enter with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Professionally handle hotline calls, addressing inquiries and providing assistance as needed.
- Support our Communications and Marketing Unit with various administrative tasks as required.
**Qualifications and Skills**
Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role is desirable but not essential. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
**About the Successful Applicant**
**Essential**:
- Demonstrated excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
- Demonstrated strong organising skills and ability to plan and prioritise work.
- Ability to undertake good record keeping and to perform accurate data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- High level of proficiency in managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft software and Access database.
- Unrestricted work rights in Australia
- National Police Clearance.
**Desirable**
- Previous contact centre/customer service/admin experience highly regarded
- Knowledge of aged care services and My Aged Care is beneficial.
- Experience working in a community based setting
- Experience working with Culturally and Linguistically Diverse populations
