**Operations Analyst** (BA) on a
**full-time,**
**12-month, parental leave contract**. This position allows for
**hybrid working** between home and our Melbourne CBD offices located adjacent to Parliament Station.
**The Role**:
Reporting to CoINVESTs Operations Improvement Manager and working closely with our busy Membership Services teams during a significant period of transformation, this
**Operations**
**Analyst** role will draw on key data insights to create opportunities for operational improvements aimed at providing efficient and positive employee and member experiences across our organisation.
**Key to your success, will be your ability to provide analytical support, build insights and drive system improvements across a unique membership/customer offering.**
**You will**:
- Contribute to a team of talented business improvement specialists focused on driving positive change across operations.
- Identify and gather key operational data from systems, internal and external stakeholders, and external data sources.
- Conduct modeling and analysis to produce insights that support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the evolution of various Data Management and Governance Frameworks.
- Participate in problem solving and solution creation workshops with your team and key stakeholders.
- Prepare requirements documentation for development and delivery teams to track the delivery of requirements as documented or agreed.

**Who are you?**
If you have proven
**Business Analyst** experience specialising in
**operational improvement** within Banking, Financial Services, Superannuation, Insurance, or similar member centric industries; a passion for problem solving, along with relevant Tertiary qualifications then we’d love to talk more about this fantastic opportunity across our rapidly evolving organisation.
