Investment Operations Analyst

Melbourne- Wealth Management- Contract or TemporaryOur client is a global, diverse asset servicing and funds management business, seeking an experienced **Investment Operations Analyst** for an **initial 12 month contract** in their **Melbourne **office.
**Ideally you will have direct cross-product asset management or custody middle office trade execution investment operations experience for several years.**
**Key responsibilities**:
- Responsible for providing client service through the execution of daily functions and tasks within the Investment Operations Outsourcing Team
- Responsible for oversight of offshore production of operational activity across middle office records.
- Responsible for trade capture, enrichment, matching and release to ensure accurate settlement in market place.
- Will work with clients to review all fund launch and transition activity events across a range of middle office and fund administration services.
**Prior Knowledge/Skills**:
- A good knowledge of the asset servicing industry, acquired through experience in both middle office and custody records is critical for this position
- Good Knowledge of Middle Office operations specifically on trade lifecycle
- Experience with Global Equities, Fixed Income, FX and Money Market Asset Classes is required.
You will be analytically and procedurally competent with an understanding of both middle office and custody operations and possess the necessary client facing skills
