A fantastic opportunity at nbn, as an Operational Insights Analyst, reporting to the Senior Manager Intelligence Delivery.
A bit about your role
The Operational Insights Analyst purpose is to execute the implementation and operationalisation of the data workflows and automations that will enable Business Insights for Field Operations. They will ensure business requirements are understood, articulated and translated into specifications to build data/BI solutions supporting testing and execution of BI solutions. The Operational Insights Analyst will work closely with the Field Operations Intelligence team as well as business SMEs and insights customers following an agile delivery approach.
A bit about you
Testing and defect management analytics capability is also required to ensure robustness of BI capability outputs as well as capability with transformation and continuous improvement to support the broader service transformation field strategy and drive change within the area. Stakeholder management is crucial as you will work with many different groups across nbn.
