Service Operations Analyst role in Melbourne. One of Australia's leading utilities organisations is looking for an experienced Operations Analyst/Systems Engineer to join their growing team in Melbourne. It is a full-time permanent opportunity

Are you looking for your next opportunity? My client's primary focus is to bring communities together through responsible energy. Based in Melbourne, you will join a business that is rapidly growing.

You will be working as a Service Operations Analyst, in a security team of 5-6 analysts. You will be accountable for providing Level 2-3 support for key IT systems/services, ensuring all systems are compliant, coordinating the patching activities across various systems, engaging with various SMEs to design, implement and remediate security controls. There is also an on-call aspect to this role
- 5 years' experience in an Operations Analyst/Systems Engineer role
- Exposure to Ivanti
- Any security exposure would be a bonus
