The role:

Join our dynamic Commercial & Operations Team as an Operations Analyst, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting business operations and driving data excellence. Reporting directly to the Commercial Analyst, this position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to key commercial processes and collaborate across departments.

What we're looking for

  • Preferred one (1) to two (2) years' experience working in a similar role, with focus on item master data management and/or working on projects like PIMS (Product Information Management System)
  • Experience in using ERP (SAP, SAP B1, Pronto) would be highly advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in data management tools and systems
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including advanced skills in Excel
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously when required
  • A flexible, adaptable and solution-oriented approach
