They are without a doubt the market leader in this space. Our client employee a diverse workforce of approximately 5000 staff globally and around 1000 in APAC.

Their goal is to remain at the forefront of the building industry with the key to this effort being a dedication to their customers, an empowered workforce, and a mission t achieve relentless growth on a global level.

**THE ROLE**
- Based in Brisbane, you will be responsible for clients based in Brisbane South and Surrounding.
- You will be selling these products to through their distributor channel such as Mitre10, Bowens, Dhalsens working closely with their customers - Residential builders.
- This is NOT an order taking role or a simple account management job. This role will require you to work in partnership with your clients - organizing trade events, training, joint meetings to secure builder/contractor projects and strategizing on how to grow your clients’ market share.
- You will be working closely with the Field Sales Manager who will provide you full product and market training.

**THE CANDIDATE**

- You can come with a sales background in building materials, construction, industrial - this will be advantageous with a preference to understand the builder/reseller channel
- The focus will be on your soft skills - sales methodology, communication, willingness to learn, team player mentality, commercial acumen and relationship building skills.
