**About the role**:
As Impressu continue to innovate and lead the market in high quality printing solutions for their clients, a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Account Manager is now available to join the team in Brisbane. As the Account Manager for this highly reputable brand, you will be responsible for building new and maintaining existing relationships with customers on a daily basis.
**Other key responsibilities include**:
- Manage current and new customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities through cross and upselling to current customers on Impressu’s services.
- Manage and resolve customer issues when they arise.
- Service inbound lead enquiries.
- Seek new leads / business opportunities to grow territory and customer base.
- Work with internal cross-departmental teams to achieve customer outcomes.
**About you**:
- Previous experience in an Account Management / Sales role within a similar industry desired.
- Strong relationship building skills.
- Account management and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and convert new prospects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional level of motivation, self-starter, customer driven focus, time management and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people at all levels in the organisation.
- Current valid drivers’ licence.
