Our client, is a well-established, reputable construction firm, who pride themselves on their flat company structure and positive culture, as well as their client-first approach.

They are seeking an engaging, creative and proactive
**Marketing and Communications Manager **to help drive the marketing function across NSW, QLD and the ACT.

**About you**
We are looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications specialist, with experience in construction, property and/or development. You will have a strong understanding of the full marketing and communications function, and be able to produce high quality brand material.

Above all you should be a
**collaborative team member** with the desire to
**take ownership** of broader operational responsibilities. Additionally, you will have:

- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute and support the team
- The ability to work independently to create success as well as within a team
- Natural problem solving abilities
- A passion for delivering exceptional service to clients and partners of the business

**You will be responsible for**
- Working closely with the Head of Corporate Affairs and the Executive team
- Managing the development and execution of all brand marketing, ensuring coherence with brand positioning and key messaging
- Effectively managing the digital presence across all portals and platforms
- Developing insight reports to support the Executive team with decision making and strategic priority focusses
- Working to obtain maximum benefit from strategic sponsorship, & acting as a primary point of contact for all PR interests for the business

**Additional Information**
- Salary of up to **$170,000 **package (depending on experience)
- Offices based in North Shore region - accessible by public transport
- Hybrid working options available post training period
