About the role:

We are currently seeking a Marketing Associate to join our team based in Mount Kuring-gai and reporting to the Business Unit Manager Clinical Nutrition.

In this exciting position, you will be supporting the Business Unit Manager, Marketing & Product Managers as well as the Sales Team to increase brand awareness through creation and implementation of promotional programs, marketing materials, event management and project coordination.

The key responsibilities in this position include:

Marketing Campaign Implementation, Content Creation & Marketing Communications:
you will have an opportunity to play an integral role in developing and coordinating marketing materials. This includes: liaising with internal and external stakeholders, managing the database of outgoing material, the placement and scheduling of new orders and negotiating estimates. In addition, you will be responsible for developing a supplier database for a wide variety of promotional materials and medias.

Project Management and Team Support:
you will be responsible for executing key projects within the Clinical Nutrition business unit in cooperation with the Marketing & Product Managers. You will also be responsible for managing the execution of the tactical elements within the marketing campaigns for the portfolio.

What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in marketing and/or communications
  • Previous experience in marketing support or communications is desirable. Healthcare related experience is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Adobe software including Indesign. Illustrator and Photoshop is highly desirable
  • Dietetics background is highly preferred
