**Cranbrook Care is looking for motivated and dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to join the team at our Head Office in North Sydney.**

Cranbrook Care is a premier provider of boutique aged care and retirement living residences. We strive for exceptional** wellbeing** for our residents, physical and emotional **security **and **excellence** in both our built environment and our service.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

In this role, you will be required to support the marketing, sales and communications functions of Cranbrook Care and its facilities, and be responsible for:

- Coordinate, review and distribute weekly newsletters and other marketing material pertaining to the residences;
- Providing sales and marketing support to the sales team;
- Produce premium quality marketing and sales collateral consistent with the Cranbrook Care brand guidelines;
- Provide support for all activities and events, including preparation of promotional flyers and attendance at events as required; and
- Provide timely updates of our websites and social media sites.

This is a hands-on role that demands a champion of the Cranbrook Care brand. You will build strong relationships with senior management across the organisation to enable you to perform your day-to-day role.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will be a team player and able to work automomously to provide excellence in marketing and communications across our organisation. To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and qualifications:

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications or administration.
- 3+ years experience in sales, marketing, communications or administration.
- Creative, enthusiastic with a premium customer service mentality.
- Excellent computer skills in PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.
- Experience in Photoshop and InDesign is a bonus.
- Ability to manage a CRM and experience in Salesforce and Pardot a bonus.
- Experience in online marketing, including SEO.
- Excellent content writing skills.
- Takes full responsibility for own actions and deliverables.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrates a high level of motivation and initiative.
- Must be well presented and have attention to detail.
- Experience in aged care or healthcare would be favoured, however is not essential.
- You will have an empathetic nature and a desire to enhance the quality of life for our residents and their families.
- Driver Licence preferred.
