Our **Sales Assistants** are passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience and have a natural flair for making genuine connections with their team and customers. On a day to day basis our sales assistants support our management teams out with stock, visual merchandising and sales

**About the role...**
- Take every opportunity in store to personalise and grow the customer relationship
- Work as a team and encourage your crew to achieve targets and goals together
- Ensure you are complying and keeping up-to-date with daily operations, company standards, housekeeping and policies
- Play a role in minimising shrinkage and promoting a safe and healthy work environment

**About you...**
- You will have a genuine love and understanding of our brand
- You will have the energy and enthusiasm to contribute to a positive team environment
- You will have a track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Most importantly, you will have the desire to progress in the retail leadership space
- 1+ years retail sales experience, preferably in fashion retail is desirable
- Must have full Australian working rights to be considered for this position
