Are you a passionate people leader who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-first environment? We're looking for an experienced **Venue Leader** to run a high-energy, high-quality venue and deliver amazing customer experiences every day.

**About the Role** As Venue Leader, you'll be responsible for the full venue operation, leading a strong team, creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere, and delivering results across service, safety, product quality, and profitability. You'll be the go-to person for customer experience, people management, compliance, and local marketing initiatives.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Champion exceptional customer service and coach your team to do the same
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and team performance
- Manage inventory, stock control, and food safety to high standards
- Take ownership of venue operations, from opening checks to reporting and budgeting
- Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive workplace culture aligned with core values

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven leadership experience in hospitality or retail
- A hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Strong operational and people management skills
- A customer-first mindset with a love for good energy and great service
- Food Safety Supervisor qualification (or willingness to obtain)
