We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join their modern home furnishings store in Bondi junction.

**The Job**:

- Supporting the Store Manager in all daily operations: analyse reports, generate ideas to grow the business' results, and drive sales
- Lead the team in achieving all KPIs while motivating and coaching them to ensure ongoing success.
- Foster teamwork and contribute to a positive and exciting work environment.
- Embody the brand's values and become a brand ambassador through exceptional customer service and personal presentation.

**About you**:

- Passionate about interior design and personal/team success.
- Enjoy providing high-quality customer service and creating a memorable sales experience.
- Proven management experience in retail.
- Ability to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
