Our client is an Italian based luxury retailer known for their handmade leather footwear, leather goods, accessories and ready to wear apparel. They have taken the design world by storm and by 2020 they have established themselves and now with over 128 stores across the globe they are looking to expand within the Bondi Junction location

**About the Job**:
A rare opportunity to Manage a newly created boutique in Bondi Junction with this fast growing International business you will have full accountability of sales & KPI’s, as well as the operations of the store. You will lead your teams to success by training & developing on their skills and creating a positive cultural environment. As well as upkeeping the beautiful visual merchandising of the store.

**About you**:

- 1-2 years Management experience required within a premium or luxury retailer
- Passion for building a client base and providing exceptional customer service
- To lead and motivate a team through training and development
- Sales & KPI focused with an analytical mindset
