Century 21 Armstrong-Smith located in Bondi Junction is owned by experienced partners with the backing of Century 21 and a large sales and property management portfolio. The state of the art office location provides premium services to the real estate industry - selling and managing residential properties. 

We wish to appoint an experienced Property Manager to assist in our growing property management department with long term career potential. This is a very interesting opportunity for a real estate professional to join the world's largest real estate company with over 4000 offices globally and a great reputation for success.

The person we are seeking will have property management experience and be familiar with property tree/proeprty me and hold at least a Certificate of Registration and have a car.

Daily responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in running the award winning property management department
  • Liaising with owners and tenants
  • Gaining new property managements
  • Inspections, repairs, rent reviews etc
  • Assisting with leasing and accounting

A generous salary will be negotiated, plus commission and car allowance.
