- Providing the best customer experiences and building lasting connections with your customers.
- Reach all sales targets and KPI goals
- Leading a team of employees within a large format store, providing coaching along the way, implement policies and train for success.
- Use your creative side to effectively visual merchandise and present the store, supported by in store visual merchandisers.
**About You**:
- Store Management experience leading a large team and high turnover.
- You have a strong passion for customer service and going above and beyond sales targets.
- Organised with the ability to be disciplined, efficient, as well as flexible and committed.
- Team player, lead by example and confidently provide feedback and coaching toy your team
- A love for homewares and interior design
