Look no further - Life Saving Victoria (LSV) is calling for a Strategic Planning and Process Improvement Specialist to join their dynamic team and support their mission to save lives and empower communities

**The role**
- ** Strategic Coordination**:Align LSV’s initiatives with risk and financial frameworks, ensuring projects support long-term goals and efficient planning.
- ** Project Management**:Oversee the entire lifecycle of LSV’s strategic projects, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and overcoming roadblocks.
- ** Continuous Improvement**:Develop frameworks and processes to boost LSV’s operational maturity, leading the charge on process improvements and efficiency gains.
- ** Performance Metrics**:Keep key decision-makers informed with accurate, actionable reports that drive insights and improvements across the organisation.

**Who are you?**
- A strategic thinker with a relevant tertiary qualification in business, health administration, or strategic management.
- A data-driven decision maker, experienced in developing frameworks and performance metrics, and translating complex data into actionable insights.
- A team player who thrives in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a knack for guiding others through change and improvement.
- Experience in Lean, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus

**Must-have**:

- An employee Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one.
