We are looking for a Operational Training Lead - Digital Health Academy (Safety & Quality Stream) to manage the operations and implementation of the CEPS Directorate's (Safety & Quality, Clinical Engagement, and Human Factors team's), learning-based activities and learning pathways. You shall be providing Safety Training virtually to Clinicians and also supporting the Single Digital Patient Record Project with e-learning content and Safety Training solutions.

**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:
- Extensive experience in adult learning and development in a healthcare setting, including relevant qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience. Proven ability to operationally manage content curation, learning design, delivery and evaluation of learning experiences and solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to utilise a growth mindset approach to projects and service delivery, inclusive of a pragmatic approach to organisational priorities and change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including written, facilitation, presentation and consultation skills.
- Ability to role model outstanding integrity and behaviour in all initiatives, with actions that reflect an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with an ability to take an adaptive approach to project initiatives and move between priorities as per the organisational direction.
- Proven ability to collaborate, influence and negotiate with stakeholders (including Subject Matter Experts and/or vendors) to deliver high quality outcomes.
