This position presents a great opportunity for someone to join the Data Solutions (Rewards) Consulting team to work across our Insurance portfolio of clients.
**Client Engagement Lead**
The Data Solutions team focuses on providing high quality data products and value-added services to our survey portfolio clientele. We do this by delivering products that focus on the clients’ needs, using innovation to enhance client value. We identify new business opportunities and partner with advisory services to deliver added value out of Aon data products.
As a Consultant, you will work within the team to provide high quality data products, surveys and value-added services to our Insurance industry portfolio across the Pacific region.
This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Aon offices

**What the day will look like**
- Successfully manage key client accounts within the AU & NZ Insurance portfolio
- Manage and develop the insurance remuneration data products
- Generate market insights utilising the data products
- Lead industry events and become a thought leader and “go-to” person in the insurance industry
- Manage the commercial activities for the Insurance portfolio of products

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**
We are flexible on working backgrounds, whilst looking for someone with a helpful and client centric approach, able to work with multiple stakeholders and guide clients through processes.
We are also looking for:
- Strong focus on client and maintaining and developing strong client relationships
- Ability to tell stories and general insights using data
- Strong business acumen desirable
- Confident and articulate communicator
- Product Management experience and remuneration/HR experience desirable
- Great presentation skills
- A Consulting, Finance or HR background with experience in Remuneration / Benefits would be a huge plus
