**What you will be doing**
The Associate Account Executive will work closely with and support the Account Executive (AE) within the Territory portfolio of our Diversified Industry. This is a development sales and account management role for a confident, dynamic person that is seeking to develop a career in sales and leadership - with strong support and guidance from the AE.
**What will keep you busy**
You will have direct responsibility for multiple customer accounts, relationships and contracts. The Associate Account Executive is the primary point of accountability for the overall relationship and growth of clients, as well as the financial health of the account. They will also be responsible for leading and motivating the broader account team (delivery, sales, practices) to deliver excellent service to the customer.
**The skills you will bring**
- Australian citizen (mandatory)
- Ability to effectively bring together SMEs to deliver an outcome
- Very strong communication skills, both utilizing technology and in person
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and the broader DXC account team
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, both in person and utilizing technology
- Strong personal confidence and leadership ambition
- Interest in developing financial acumen
- Sales experience and a proven track record of delivering to sales targets
