The opportunity

We’re looking for a detail-driven, curious, and motivated Assistant Analyst to join our Non-Custodial Investments team

This is your chance to be part of a high-performing group that supports the Multi-Asset Portfolio Service (MAPS) a key offering in our investment platform.

You’ll play a vital role in onboarding new accounts, liaising with advisers and fund managers, and streamlining processes that make a real difference to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Onboarding new MAPS accounts for non-custodial investments

- Verifying and importing historical asset data into client portfolios

- Reviewing applications, LPOAs, redemptions, and fund manager instructions

- Reconciling income tax components and processing adjustments

- Participating in user acceptance testing for system upgrades

- Driving process improvements and contributing to smarter, faster workflows

What You’ll Bring:

- A solid understanding of ASX securities, bonds, managed funds, and unlisted assets

- A hunger to learn investment admin processes like capital calls, valuations, and corporate actions

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- A sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience with WRAP/Super platforms is a bonus
