The Role

As an 
Investment Operations Analyst
, you will provide vital support to Portfolio Managers across trade execution, portfolio monitoring, performance reporting, and operational workflows. You will also act as a key contact for investment operations inquiries, liaising with advisers, platforms, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Portfolio Managers in the day-to-day management of managed account portfolios
  • Assist with trade execution and monitoring of investment activity across platforms
  • Produce and reconcile portfolio performance, attribution, and compliance reporting
  • Maintain data integrity across internal systems and external platforms
  • Respond to adviser and platform queries on investment operations and portfolio activity
  • Contribute to the enhancement of investment processes, reporting tools, and controls

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years' experience in financial services, ideally within investment management, platforms, or custody/administration
  • Strong attention to detail with a process-driven approach
  • Proficiency in financial and investment data analysis, with advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Self-starter, highly motivated, and collaborative team player
  • Desirable:
     Bloomberg and/or managed accounts experience
