**The Appointment**
The newly created position of Construction Administrator will play a vital role in enhancing the cohesion of the Construction Team. Under the direction of the Construction Manager, you will support the Construction team to consistently deliver a high standard of project quality by developing, implementing, and maintaining appropriate team systems (i.e. policies, processes etc.) and providing exemplary administrative support.
- Liaise with Project Managers to ensure pre commencement dilapidation reports are completed in line with community engagement requirements.
- Coordination between internal Design, Development, Estimating and Construction teams to obtain pricing for OS Procurement items.
- Work with PM’s and Site Managers to create and update project settlement schedules.
- Working with Systems Manager, assist with the coordination, implementation and maintenance of new and existing MC software systems e.g Procore, Jobpac etc.
- Manage internal administrative projects from end to end on behalf of and as directed by the CM.

**The Appointee**
To be successful, you will be a strong Administrator, ideally with construction project exposure. You will be resilient and adaptable with a can-do attitude, happy to jump in and hit the ground running. With excellent communication and organisational skills, you will liaise with varying stakeholders to deliver project deadlines within this fast-paced environment.
