**What you’ll love about this role**
This is a **unique opportunity** based in **Dandenong South** for a hands-on and proactive **All-Rounder Operations Coordinator** to step into a key role and **make it your own**. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values your contribution and drive. This role offers a broad range of responsibilities where your ability to multitask and adapt will be key.

**Your key responsibilities will include**:

- Providing **administrative support** across daily operations, logistics, and finance
- Accurately processing **inbound and outbound vehicles** in a timely and organised manner
- Handling customer enquiries and assisting in securing **new business opportunities**:

- Supporting the site supervisor in **coordinating staff schedules** and managing team communications
- Completing general admin tasks such as **data entry, reporting, and record keeping**:

- Assisting with **inventory control and stock reconciliation** to ensure smooth site operations
- Supporting compliance by helping maintain **health and safety documentation and procedures**:

- Liaising with external suppliers and contractors to help coordinate deliveries and site requirements
- Helping to manage and improve operational processes for greater efficiency
- Providing **on-the-ground support** during peak operational times or emergencies as needed

**Who you are**
- You have experience in **administration, logistics, or finance** within a busy, operational environment
- You are a **strong communicator**, confident engaging with team members, customers, and suppliers
- You are **highly organized, adaptable**, and take **ownership** of your responsibilities
- You are proficient in **MS Office** and open to learning new software and systems quickly
- Qualifications in **Administration, Supply Chain, or related fields** are a plus but not essential
- You bring **motivation, resilience, and a positive, can-do attitude** to your work
- You thrive in a **fast-paced, dynamic environment** and enjoy being part of a team that values initiative
- Experience in the **waste or industrial sector** is beneficial but not required - your attitude and energy matter most
