**Overall, Purpose of the Job**:
As a **Freight Solutions Specialist **, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries at the Customer Collection Point (CCP). Working right on the depot floor, you'll locate freight, resolve escalations, and maintain accurate records of the freight in your care. Your mission? To enhance customer satisfaction through collaboration with internal teams and effective problem-solving.

**Primary Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a focus on delivering optimal service to our customers.
- Provide accurate and thorough information to customers through inbound and outbound communications.
- Ensure freight is handed safely to customers at the CCP, minimizing damage and maintaining quality.
- Build strong relationships with team members and other departments to foster teamwork and share knowledge.
- Ensure precise reporting and processing of freight.
- Meet established KPIs for customer inquiry responses and resolutions.
- Take full ownership of complaints and escalations to ensure timely and effective resolutions.

**Required Skills and Capabilities**:

- Strong understanding of parcel delivery operations.
- Knowledge of dangerous goods handling and scanning processes.
- Ability to excel in a busy, time-sensitive environment.
- Strong ability to prioritize workloads effectively.

**Qualifications and Experience Required**:

- Clear understanding of network and logistics management.
- Previous experience in a logistics or depot operation environment.
