Ocean Import operation.
Process shipment in system.
Arrange shipment (Monitor and update shipments status, arrival, customs clearance, delivery, on a daily basis).
Liaise with vendors, overseas office, and internal stakeholders to ensure necessary information/documentation prepared/lodged on time.
Organize delivery.
Invoice customers and agents in timely and accurate manner.
Investigate and resolve problems.
Attend to Customer Queries
Maintain Milestones, meet KPIs
Other office duties as directed by the Team Leader/Supervisor
Cargowise knowledge / experience are Preferable.
