KPMG Enterprise Mid-market Deals team in Sydney are leading and trusted Transaction Services advisors to high growth founder-led businesses, medium to large private companies, family groups, ASX200+ companies, private equity and venture capital.

**Your Opportunity**

Forming part of the Transaction Services team, you will:

- Support the execution of deals, including detailed financial analysis to understand the key drivers of business performance
- Assist in preparing client deliverables, due diligence reports, and other presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver insights and recommendations to clients
- Contribute to business development initiatives and internal projects

**Your Experience**

- 2 years' experience in Audit, Corporate Finance, Tax, or Transaction Services (Big 4 or similar preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- CA qualification completed or in progress
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for learning and growth (particularly with respect to corporate finance)
- Based in Sydney or willing to relocate

**Qualifications**

A degree in Commerce or Finance and/or a professional accounting or finance qualification.
