**Your new role**
In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

- Maintains registers for incidents and investigations and liaises with stakeholders for follow-up and resolution.
- Coordinate the of all in line with review dates, with the document owner to ensure all documents are up to date and accurate
- Provide assistance in the development of internal processes, work instructions, manuals, and guides
- General administration
- Assist with Uniform fittings.
- Archiving/ organising Couriers.
- Working with all sites assisting with monthly reports
- Document control
- Please note, in this role no task is the same, things can change rapidly within the environment.

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:

- Previous administration experience in a compliance role
- Must be flexible an able to engage with multiple areas of the business.
- Team player and good at multitasking
- Attention to detail
- Good working initiative
- Ability to work independently
