**Your new company**
Our client is a leading civil and construction company with a reputation for delivering high-quality projects across Western Australia. They are currently seeking a motivated and skilled individual with a desire for growth to join our team in the role of Admin Support, based in their office in Belmont, Perth. This organisation is at the forefront of quality construction and design for some of Western Australia’s biggest names in mining and construction. They work with their clients to deliver on time and budget, providing a range of services in terms of earthworks, building and construction, project management and civil equipment hire services.

**Your new role**

In this role you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the administration team, consisting of on-boarding, accounts and procurement. Your main duties will look like the following:

- Coordinate travel arrangements, accomodation and logistics for team members working on remote project sites,
- Assist with the preparation of project-related documents and reports
- Maintain an organised filing system and database s
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations
- Handle general office duties, such as ordering stationery supplies and maintaining office equipment

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably within the civil and construction industry
- Proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus
