Risk and Compliance Officer

**Your new role**

The Risk & Compliance Officer ensures this organisation's integrated risk and compliance framework is appropriately and effectively managed to control risks, improve operational efficiencies, and ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory, contractual, and internal requirements.

The position will work closely with leaders across the organisation to support compliance and continuous improvement.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least three to five years’ experience administering the risk and compliance functions within an organisation.
- Experience in the development and/or administration of risk and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Experience with policy and complaints processes.
- Demonstrated influencing, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and the capacity to interact effectively with senior management, internal, and external stakeholders.
