We’re on the lookout for a **National Compliance Manager**to lead our Operations Administration team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, compliant services across our national network.

**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
Reporting to the Head of Product and Quality, this role is the engine behind effective, compliant service delivery across Camp Australia. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end operations administration function, ensuring that everything from incident tracking to quality reporting and regulatory engagement runs like clockwork.
- Lead critical operational workflows to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee and optimise administrative processes, systems, and data management across Camp Australia.
- Monitor regulatory requirements, track compliance tasks, and manage governance reporting aligned with the NQF.
- Build strong relationships with regulatory bodies and key national authorities to support operational alignment.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Operations Administration team with a focus on continuous improvement.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Strong understanding of the National Quality Framework and regulatory reporting systems like NQAITS and PRODA.
- Leadership experience, particularly in operational or compliance-focused roles.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement across all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, Outlook, and BI tools such as Power BI.
- Experience in the childcare sector is desirable but not essential.
