**The Company**
Hybrid Systems Australia (HSA) is headquartered in Perth, Western Australia and specialises in the provision of renewable energy services inclusive of Build Own Operate (BOO) or Design and Construct (D&C) projects, which incorporate all aspects of design, procurement, manufacturing, testing, installation, commissioning, and operating grid-connected or off-grid renewable energy and storage systems. This includes systems with varying combinations of Solar PV, Wind, Stand Alone Power Systems (SPS), Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Hydrogen, and backup thermal generation. HSA is a subsidiary of the Pacific Energy Group, which is owned by QIC, a globally significant infrastructure investor.

**The Role**
As a Project Scheduler you will be responsible for the development and management of project

schedules on behalf of the Project management team. In this role, you will be collaborating with the

Project Managers to create schedules inclusive of WBS and Histograms to monitor the execution of

project timelines in P6 and MS Project. You may also prepare project progress and performance

evaluation reports. You will be required to work independently across multiple projects

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor resources, schedules, and activities to effectively assist in the management of the projects.
- Creating WBS with the assistance of the Project Managers
- Creating and modifying schedules inclusive of tasks, labour resources, procurement, delivery of materials, plant and equipment
- Evaluating hazards, controlling risks and undertaking regular analysis of project forecasts and hours earnt
- Work collaboratively with project and bid teams
- Foster a workforce culture of excellence, innovation, honesty, and teamwork

**About You**
- Highly developed people management skills with an ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Must have strong MS project and P6 Skills.
- Previous experience and relevant qualifications in the field.
- Understanding of ISO and OHSE requirements
