The Opportunity

Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, this role is designed for someone ready to take the next step toward a Project Engineer or Manager pathway. You'll work alongside experienced leaders, gaining hands-on exposure to project coordination, budgets, schedules, technical documentation, and cross-team collaboration.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with project budgets, schedules, and coordination
  • Monitor risks, progress, and provide clear reporting
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Fabrication, and Fitout teams
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation and technical reviews
  • Contribute to innovation, safety, and continuous improvement

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years in project administration (electrical background preferred)
  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or licensed Electrician (advantageous)
  • Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience interpreting schematic and construction drawings
