
IT Help Desk Support Analyst

The purpose of the **IT Help Desk Support Analyst **is to provide excellent customer service to BGIS users.
Using a flexible and adaptable approach the responsibilities include:
- Managing the life cycle of all service tickets/incidents
- Providing first-level triage and problem resolution
- Ensuring all tickets escalated within agreed target timeframes
- Maintaining and updating Service Desk documentation, records, and procedures
- Completing initial categorisation, type and prioritisation of service requests ensuring enough detail within the ticket is provided
- Actively participating as a member of the Team for the purposes of delivering optimum technology solutions to BGIS customers
**Skills and Experience**
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills both verbal and written
- Relevant experience providing IT support in a Service Desk environment
- Demonstrated experience working with internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of an organisation
- Able to respond quickly to change and adopt a flexible/ innovative approach to problems and opportunities
