In this role, your IT expertise will directly support both staff and customers, ensuring they receive the highest standard of service and contributing to our ongoing business success.

Key Responsibilities and selection criteria:

Provide Level 1–2 technical support to end-users in person, over the phone, and via email.

  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and related systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Assist with maintaining network infrastructure and ensuring reliable connectivity.
  • Perform routine system backups and implement cybersecurity measures.
  • Accurately document IT processes, procedures, and inventory.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
  • Support EDI/data integration processes.
  • Develop ad hoc reports from SQL databases using a variety of tools.

Experience Required:

  • Previous Level 1 or 2 Help Desk experience.
  • Strong skills in hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of IT security protocols and data protection practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Hands-on experience resolving technical issues in a professional environment.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
