We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Administration Assistant to support daily operations at Levante's Hillsview Village in Happy Valley, South Australia.
About the Role
This is a permanent full-time, onsite position, working Monday to Friday.
As the first point of contact for residents and visitors, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while keeping our village running smoothly. You’ll provide essential administrative support to the Village Manager and contribute to the coordination of village events, financial processes, and resident communications.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist residents, families, and visitors with professionalism and care
- Support the resident move-in process and ongoing village communications
- Assist in organising community events and activities
- Provide administrative support to the Village Manager
- Handle billing, accounts payable, and general recordkeeping

**You’ll bring a proactive attitude, a friendly approach, and**:
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (SharePoint and D365 experience is a bonus)
- The ability to work well within a team
- A genuine passion for supporting our residents
