**About The Role**:
Full time Retail Manager/Inventory Manager needed to join the team at a busy community pharmacy in North West Sydney. This pharmacy prides themselves on providing excellent customer service to their local community. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody that has previously worked in pharmacy and would like to develop their career to the next level. You will join a friendly team and work alongside the Pharmacist Owner Manager to help provide the support they need.

In this role, you are required to provide inspirational and effective leadership to your team as you manage the sales, operations and profitability of the store. You will be ultimately responsible for staff management, rostering, stock control, buying,merchandising, cost control, data entry and managing stock suppliers and catalogues.
- Previous pharmacy or retail management experience preferred but not essential
- Show and demonstrate leadership qualities
- The ability to coach and develop a team
- Be self-motivated
- Attention to detail
- Experience in budget trackers and KPI (highly desirable)
- A clear understanding of staff rostering requirements
- Experience utilising POS software to generate reports
- Experience managing staff performance in all areas
- Strong ability to promote the Pharmacy as a centre for advice, assistance and information in areas of health and well-being.
- Ability to assist in any area of the Pharmacy including orders, counter service, telephone service and store merchandising.
- Ability to undertake continual training on new and existing products to improve their product knowledge
- Have a willingness to develop comprehensive product knowledge across a wide range of products.
- Ability to lead by example and have a hands on approach in all aspects of the store.

Located approximately 13 km north-west of the Sydney CBD and 8 km east of Parramatta. It is easily accessible by train and bus.***

Full time hours on offer on a negotiable roster at an attractive rate depending on experience.
