Overview
We are a leading skincare brand offering innovative products and treatments within retail stores. Our mission is to deliver exceptional results and experiences to our customers while fostering a high-performing and collaborative work environment. We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Counter Lead to oversee and drive success across retail locations, focusing on sales performance, operational excellence, and sustainability.
Account Management
- Be responsible for the growth of Elemis sales in treatments and products within the retail store.
- Pro-actively and enthusiastically drive sales and ensure that both personal targets and counter targets are met, and strive to exceed set targets.
- Raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients in the product and treatment range.
- Participate fully in promotional/PR activity and ensure the success of the promotion and/or event.
- Assess and collate weekly/monthly sales figures and analysis of business, and report such information to key individuals as and when requested.
- Ensure that a complete stock check is carried out on a weekly/fortnightly basis and rectify any stock discrepancies.
Team Management
- Ensure the team are aware of their figures and targets and how the account is trading.
- Prepare rotas on a monthly basis that are fair and consistent, ensuring the counter is sufficiently covered at all times; attendance and timekeeping are to an acceptable standard and reported to the Retail Sales Manager.
- Manage, support and develop a small team within your retail store by continuously monitoring and assessing performance and individual needs, to ensure that Company standards, image and values are maintained at all times.
- Assist and support ongoing product knowledge and retail training for the team.
- Be responsible for the motivation and team spirit of your division.
Customer Service
- Maintain the Elemis counter, site and treatment areas to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation and ensure the team is well presented at all times.
- Ensure products and treatments prescribed are appropriate to clients’ needs and take into account medical contraindications.
- Ensure customer service is of the highest standard and handle any client complaints promptly.
- Ensure that all client details are kept in the strictest confidence, with information never discussed with inappropriate parties inside or outside of the Company.
