Windsor Smith is an Iconic Footwear Brand that has the hottest Fashion Footwear available all year round for Women and Men and an exciting opportunity for a Highly Motivated, hands on Retail Training & Development Co-ordinator has become available for our Stores in Sydney.

Store locations : City, Miranda & Parramatta

To be successful for this fantastic role you will need to:

  • Coach and train on all facets of sales capabilities, product and brand knowledge
  • Train how to provide customer service in a retail environment
  • Train on store presentation and merchandising
  • Train and work with the teams to drive sales, KPI's, and budgets
  • Manage new employees inductions to ensure a smooth transition into the company
  • Work closely with stores so they have a sound understanding of relevant Company Polices and Procedures and to ensure these are adhered to with your stores
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Have prior experience in Fashion/ Footwear Retail
  • Passionate about Training and Development
  • Previous Retail Experience
  • Must have a Car and Licence
