**Hours**: Approximately 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9:00am - 2:00pm)

**Salary**: Competitive hourly rate (approximately AUD $25-$33 per hour, commensurate with experience)

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a reliable and proactive generalist with strong people skills and a keen eye for detail to join our team as a Part-Time Administrative & Quality Controller. In this role, you will start with administrative responsibilities and quality control tasks, ensuring our systems are monitored effectively and our teams are held accountable. As you grow with us, you will become a trusted backup to our Operations Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Monitor and manage key systems (e.g., Kangarootime, Tanda, Intellikid Systems, 1Place, Buffer - training provided)
- Maintain accurate records and perform quality control on various operational processes
- **Team Support & Accountability**:

- Act as a liaison to ensure teams on the ground receive the support they need
- Monitor processes and systems to uphold high operational standards
- **General Office Duties**:

- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks as needed
- Contribute to process improvements and the overall smooth running of our centres

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**:

- Prior administration experience is a must (payroll, reporting, reconciling, etc.)
- Experience in childcare administration is a bonus
- **Skills & Qualities**:

- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent people and communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, proactive, and adaptable
- **Requirements**:

- Current Blue Card
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Police Check
