**THE POSITION**:
- Assist in the coordination and the preparation of the arenas and surrounding facilities for the Australian Open, for food and beverage activations.
- Work closely with the AO Premium Experience Ambassador and logistics teams to ensure smooth implementation of all hospitality arrangements.
- Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders including Tennis Australia (TA), Melbourne & Olympic Parks (M&OP) and Levy.
**THE PERSON**:
- Proven experience in event coordination or project management, preferably within the sports or entertainment industry.
- Knowledge of event logistics, including venue preparation, scheduling, and coordination of resources.
- Familiarity with sports event management software and tools, such as scheduling software, CRM systems, and project management platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and address potential challenges or issues proactively.
