**THE POSITION**:

- Coordinate the preparation of the arenas and surrounding facilities for the AO, for food and beverage activations.
- Work closely with the logistics teams to ensure smooth implementation of all hospitality arrangements.
- Serve as a central point of contact for stakeholders including TA, M&OP and Levy.
- Assist in budget development and management for the AO, tracking expenses, monitoring budgets, and optimising resource allocation to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
