Job Description

Are you ready to take the next big step in your sales career? Got the energy, drive, and hunger to succeed in a growing business? We are looking for a motivated Group Sales Manager to lead from the front and drive results in our Dandenong South branch.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading our Victorian sales team, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales performance across the board. You’ll play a key role in implementing strategies that boost revenue, profitability, and team performance.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Leading and motivating our sales team
- Driving a high-performance sales culture that aligns with our company values
- Setting and delivering on KPIs and growth targets
- Building strong customer relationships across the region
- Collaborating with national teams on strategy and planning
- Managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting on sales performance
- Identifying new business opportunities and market trends

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum 5 years of industry sales experience, ideally in equipment, machinery, or related fields
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs and driving sales growth
- Sales management experience — or a strong desire to step into a leadership role
- A confident communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Natural leadership qualities, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and support a sales team
- Competency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or similar reporting tools
- Strong written communication and reporting skills
- A solid understanding of budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Willingness to travel and visit customers as required
- A hands-on, can-do attitude — ready to roll up your sleeves and get involved
